Normally when the barometer changes I'm in agonizing fibromyalgia pain.  There wouldn't be enough pain medication to help.  Everything hurt.  I couldn't walk without dragging my legs, couldn't get in a comfortable position, and found it hard to move.  I still have pain but it's not as severe.

At our second to last class, a classmate was doing some QEST codes for old injuries to my cranial bones.  As I was lying there, all of a sudden my sinuses plugged up as they do when I am lying down.  Later that night, I realized that for the first time in years, I was experiencing full airflow through my right nostril.  To this day the condition I thought was a deviated septum is fully resolved, to my utter delight!

Another response I've had is a seemingly recovered connection between my vision and my brain.  Driving had become  very scary and anxiety-ridden because of little events.  While there had been much improvement to this, there was still some disconneciton from what my eyes would see and the information getting to my brain.  I would look back and forth three to four times each direction and still not be clear about what I'd seen.  This seems to be resolved also!!!!!

I found immediate relief of back discomfort to the degree that my backhas not functioned this well in 20 years. 

I am so grateful to have this practice come into my life.  My life is beautiful, incredible, healthful, inspired, colorful, open, loving, bright, joyful...thank you!

I found QEST by accident, but it (learning QEST) has been one of the most exciting times of my life.  I have learned so much from Judith and Marina.  QEI would not be where it is today without their dedication, knowledge, and commitment to this amazing work.  I have met so many wonderful peers and mentors through QEST and can not wait to continue with this journey even after graduation in a few months. 

One of my favorite things about learning QEST is that after the first class you can use your training and help friends and family members.  You will see that you get results which was so inspiring for me.   It has built my confidence in QEST and with every client there is a new and different challenge that will allow me to grow as a practitioner. 

My name is Erica and I am 21 years old. I am a collegiate athlete as well as full time student again thanks to Judith's help.

About a year ago I had a turn of health for the worst. I formerly was in college and playing competitive golf as well as studying Exercise Science as my Major. I had some traumatic events take place in my life and as a result my health took a major spiral downward.

I went from a fun-loving, caring, happy, energetic, top-athlete to a miserable, depressed, anxious person who couldn't think clearly. I had to drop out of college for a while because I was so lost and needed help from a physical and emotional stand point. 

I was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and started seeing all kinds of counselors and doctors. Some things helped a little, but I still felt so depressed inside and not myself. I had this total loss of self feeling inside and really didn't recognize myself in the mirror.

Another major problem I had was a total loss of energy, extreme fatigue. I constantly felt exhausted and never wanted to do anything.

About 8 months went by and I was introduced to Quantum Energetics and Judith Heath. To say the least, I am myself again. After the very first appointment I started feeling alive again. Colors appeared brighter, I was smelling things and really SMELLING them! All of my senses started kicking back on...IT WAS AMAZING!

After Quantum Energetics I now have abundant amounts of energy and I am so thankful for a second chance at life again and finding the real me that was buried deep inside. I can never thank Judith enough! I am now back at college playing golf, happier than ever and truly loving life!

Note from Judith:  Erica responded very quickly to Quantum Energetics Structured Therapy.  After her 3rd session she felt good enough to make the decision to return to college.  Because of the layers of problems that I found, I thought it would take more time for her to make a turn-around.
